Delivery Information

All of our Advent Gift Boxes are FREE delivery - we currently only deliver in the UK due to customs charges to our customers.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked | Free | 2-4 Days Delivery - working days. While 95 per cent of deliveries arrive on time, this may take longer at busier times.

All Christmas Advent Boxes are dispatched during October and November.

We may offer additional delivery options should they be available, dependent on Royal Mail. The cost will be calculated once you have input your delivery address.

Orders placed during Bank Holidays for our one-off or mystery boxes will be dispatched the next working day.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays. You have a 30-minute window after placing your order to make amendments. Requests must be made within this time. We will try to accommodate changes, but this is not always possible. Please email hello@remiemargot.co.uk to request any changes or have any other questions.

At the moment, the Lifestyle Advent Gift Boxes are only available to UK customers only.

We’re so sorry to our international customers — and we truly appreciate your understanding 🤍

Because each Lifestyle Advent Gift is carefully curated specifically for you, all payments made under the payment plan are non-refundable.
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin sourcing and preparing the contents of your box.

Should your Advent Gift Box be unopened and the contents be unopened, and returned to us at your own cost we would be happy to refund. Please do contact us at any time if you wish to discuss this at hello@remiemargot.co.uk

We will dispatch your Advent Gift Box via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage probably earlier but no later than mid-November, so you have it in good time - this will be trackable.

Christmas Planners and Birthday Reminder Books are available all year round. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, this will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
