We’re so sorry to our international customers — and we truly appreciate your understanding 🤍

Because each Lifestyle Advent Gift is carefully curated specifically for you, all payments made under the payment plan are non-refundable.
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin sourcing and preparing the contents of your box.

Should your Advent Gift Box be unopened and the contents be unopened, and returned to us at your own cost we would be happy to refund. Please do contact us at any time if you wish to discuss this at hello@remiemargot.co.uk

We will dispatch your Advent Gift Box via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage probably earlier but no later than mid-November, so you have it in good time - this will be trackable.

Christmas Planners and Birthday Reminder Books are available all year round. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, this will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
